Bullying is a serious issue that every administrator in every school in our country must handle. Research indicates that more than half of all school-aged children nationwide will be involved in bullying this year as a victim or a perpetrator. This problem cannot be solved unless schools and parents work together.
The American Association of School Administrators is pleased to present a powerful new initiative to help parents address bullying at schools and online. The Special Edition on Bullying at School and Online is a free online resource that contains easy-to-read articles, video clips, quizzes, online workshops, community forums and quick-fact lists. It also includes 10 actions parents can take to help reduce bullying.
This resource is presented by AASA in partnership with Education.com, a leading web destination for parents of school-aged children, and corporate sponsor Symantec, makers of Norton security software.
